"What you want to experience yourself, you first have to give it to others as an experience before you will receive it yourself". I red this wisdom in Neale Donald Walsch' "What God wants". It made a deep impression on me. On the top of my list of desires there was the strong need to become healthy. All my life I was struggling with physical illness and resulting psychical problems. I made a big progress by eliminating Celiac Disease in December 2004, but there were still things to be solved. My solo retreat in Albufeira at the Atlantic Ocean in October 2005 with "What God wants" in my luggage was the next great eye-opener to me. I realized that my efforts to help others with their health were at a very low level in comparison with my knowledge within that scope. I studied for many years at an academy for natural healing and graduated there as a therapeutist. Next to that I was experience expert in suffering. My activity to others however was very small. I had the strange twist of thought that I had to become 100% healthy before I could help and serve others with their problems. The reading of "What God wants" cured me from this belief. It was then that I decided to write down my thoughts about illness and wholesomeness and to share them with you. It took some months to find the ideal form for me. I am glad I found Blogger. I'm also happy that you found Whole Lotta Health. Every new reader brings me closer to the state of health and joy I have in mind as a blueprint. We are ONE. We are satellites of the same God. I realize I help myself by reaching out to you. I wish you well, beloved brother / sister. I hope you'll find ingredients to a healthier life on Whole Lotta Health.
